Starting from the port of Marina Grande and heading towards the eastern side we pass through a cove “Marina di Caterola” or Gasto, where there is a sandy beach we find the cave of “Bove Marino” for the sound of the undertow that entering the cavity recalls the bellow of a cow.

There is the possibility to disembark on the island for a short walk of a few hours or make several stops to enjoy the crystal clear waters along the island.
